Delivery Union has been set up with the purpose of changing the transport business in a number of ways. The client is not obliged to choose the cheapest courier but the one most suited to their needs. This maybe based on finances but it maybe based on convenience for collection or delivery. Many of the drivers will be on return journeys and are looking for return loads rather than returning to their destination with an empty vehicle and this is also what will enable them to bid competitively.
